Where we ship - We currently ship to the USA and Canada.

Processing & delivery times - All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner. Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for delivery after dispatch

Total estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days from order date.

Tracking - Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping address - Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays - We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. We guarantee to hand over your order to our fulfillment partner within the stated processing time.
